Expected Delivery Times
- Stocked items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note, some deliveries and some destinations may take up to 7 business days.
- FixMyAngel strives to fulfill all of your orders as quickly as possible.
- Standard marker orders generally ship within 2-3 business days due to tuning and custom markers orders within 3-5 business days.
- Please note, from time to time, highly allocated items may result in backorders. If your order is backordered, you will be notified by email with estimated time of arrival when available.
GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
FixMyAngel strives to fulfill your order and ship within 1-2 business days. Most items will ship via USPS. Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed. Please understand, non-stock items, special orders, or special circumstances may take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
FixMyAngel Delivery Policy
- An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. Expected ground delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 12 p.m. local time, pending receipt of payment and product availability.
- Overnight/2nd day air orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 10 a.m. local time Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
- These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
- FixMyAngel' web site is operated within the continental US, for customers within the US (We do not ship outside the US)
- FixMyAngel delivers only to confirmed billing addresses which include P.O. Boxes in the Continental U.S. and APO/FPO only.
- Items may arrive in more than one shipment.
FixMyAngel Returns and Exchange Policy
Authorized returns will be accepted at the discretion of FixMyAngel. Customers have 48 hours to notify us after receiving a damaged or non-working item. Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resalable condition and subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Opened or partially used merchandise will not be accepted for return credit.
Products must be in original packaging (include a copy of the invoice). Please call or email us for a return (RA) number. No packages will be accepted without an RA. After inspection and acceptance, credit returns may be subject to a restocking fee. All freight expenses incurred are to be paid by the customer. No credit will be issued on freight, handling charges, or special fees.
No returns on custom or special orders, and close-out items. All accepted product(s) that is not within FixMyAngel's policies will be returned to the customer, freight collect, or held for a customer issued call tag. FixMyAngel will not be responsible for unclaimed product(s) left over 45 days.
All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of FixMyAngel. We will facilitate and assign the responsibilities for each party on returns and exchanges. If the customer has no responsibilities, then a full refund or exchange can be made. If both the customer and FixMyAngel share responsibilities, then the refund / exchange will be apportioned accordingly. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by FixMyAngel to fulfill your order (i.e. shipping, labor, etc.). The company is responsible to deliver the correct item in a working condition to the customer.
